Regarding insurance coverage, please note: If you have health insurance, (or car or worker's compensation insurance depending on the circumstances) we will verify your chiropractic coverage, usually by your second visit.

Any referrals that are necessary will be your responsibility to obtain.

It is our office policy that co-pays are taken care of at the time of each visit unless other arrangements are made with our patient coordinator.

We do accept patients who do not have chiropractic coverage as well.
